Tyler, TX – Vascular Specialists of East Texas’ Vascular Laboratory has attained recognition for its commitment to providing a high level of patient care and quality testing for the diagnosis of vascular disease. The facility has achieved accreditation by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL). They are the only vascular lab in East Texas with ICAVL accreditation in visceral vascular imaging (renal, mesenteric, aorta, etc.). They are one of only three vascular labs in East Texas with ICAVL accreditation in peripheral arterial, peripheral venous, and cerebral vascular imaging.
Sonographer Earns Credential Specializing in Vein Imaging
Vascular Specialists of East Texas is pleased to announce that our Technical Director, Christy Yochum, has earned her credential as a Registered Phlebology Sonogragher (RPhS). This credential is administered and governed by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). A not-for-profit corporation established since 1968 for the purpose of administering credentialing examinations as an independent credentialing agency. What this means, when you choose Vascular Specialists of East Texas for your vein care, you can be confident that you are receiving the best possible diagnostic imaging for your diagnosis and treatment. We are currently the only facility in East Texas that has a vascular laboratory offering this unique qualification.
